FEFS

Fostering Early Foundations in STEM (FEFS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to sparking curiosity and innovation in young minds. Our mission is to introduce elementary students to advanced STEM concepts through hands-on learning, lectures, mentorship, and creativity-driven exploration. We focus on reaching students who may not have access to high-quality STEM education in their schools, helping them build confidence and close learning gaps. By establishing strong early foundations, FEFS empowers the next generation of problem-solvers, engineers, and innovators to become confident thinkers and creators of the future.

At FEFS, we bring STEM to young learners through four interactive sessions designed to inspire curiosity and confidence in every student. Each area offers unique, hands-on experiences that help children learn and explore like real scientists and engineers.

We meet every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (AZ) for in-person sessions at our learning center, where each grade level has its own dedicated classroom. This small-group environment allows our instructors to encourage collaboration, and tailor activities to each student’s level.
